I got a ham, egg, and cheese on everything bagel. Bagel was so so. When I get food from a restaurant, deli, etc. I don't expect to have to make it myself. The bagel was cut through probably 70 75%. All the ingredients were stuffed into whatever portionof the bagel that was cut. It was so sloppy that i removed the ingredients and finished cutting the bagel myself, then put theingredients back in as neatly as possible. Chef must have been incredibly busy to make a sandwich this sloppy. If you'regetting breakfast, go somewhere else. They may be good for a bagel and cream cheese, but after looking at their vast menu, Iwould hesitate to order most sandwiches from there ever again. I'm really roun...
We've been coming here for about five years, and we always have a wonderful experience! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. They recognize my husband and son, whether we walk in or call for pickup. The food is always excellent, and if you have a specific way you'd like your meal prepared, just let them know—they will happily accommodate your request and are likely to remember your order for next time. We love supporting our local community and the small businesses that strive to provide great service!
I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, even if a place doesn't meet my expectations. However, I had a really unpleasant experience here and won't be returning. The way the manager or owner spoke to me was completely unnecessary, especially when I simply asked about the different types of bagels they offer. When I got home, I found my sandwich to be unappetizing as well. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. There’s no excuse for rudeness, especially when I was polite in my inquiries. They’ve lost a customer.
The bagels are chewy, but not in a pleasant way. The toasted bagel was even worse; it felt like biting into cardboard on the outside and then chewy on the inside, but again, not in a good way. While it was still edible, it didn't taste like real bagels should. I prefer the ones from Einstein's and Panera!

The older woman who works there is quite rude, making it uncomfortable to enter the restaurant. Additionally, the cook should improve his omelette-making skills; despite claiming to have been a cook for 30 years, I have my doubts.
This is an excellent bagel place with a wonderful variety to choose from! However, I do miss the days when Manhattan Bagel used to have chocolate chip bagels on their menu.
The service and food at this restaurant are outstanding, and the orange juice is fantastic. However, the highlight for me was the best coffee I've ever had!
