The lasagna is so flavorful and well cooked, and a little crispy. Plus it's a huge portion it might look small but it's definitely enough for a full meal. I ordered the Verdura, which was a pesto vegetarian lasagna with zucchini and nut-free pesto. The lasagna was still warm when I brought it home after around 30 minutes. They also included a generous side salad and two pieces of bread, making it a satisfying meal. The lasagna was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, from the pesto to the well-cooked pasta and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted for takeout, prompting me to write this review. It left me craving more.

This place gets PACKED on weekends, so I had to come on a Wednesday at an off time. Even so, plenty of people were there. We sat outside but it was a bit chilly, so we were offered cozy blankets to keep us warm so kind! I got the Abruzzo Lasagna, but everything looked so good that I don't think you could go wrong. It wonderfully zesty and crispy, and the cheese stretch was beautiful. Even the starter salad was great loved the thicker slices of tomato. Everyone there was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Just a great cozy vibe from this place, absolutely have to come here again.
On my days off work, I always want to spend my lunchtime at this restaurant. They are only open from 10am to 1:45pm, so make sure to keep that in mind. Today, I tried the mushroom lasagna, which is my personal favorite, especially if you love mushrooms. They also have several other lasagnas with unique flavors. I also tried the fettuccini con ragu and loved the texture of the noodles and the delicious flavor. The service and atmosphere were cozy and authentic. The best part was being able to use blankets when it was windy outside.
The lasagna here is one of the best I've had. I also love how they serve it in pan, so whimsical. Absolutely get the abruzzo, it's their classic for a reason, just the perfect balance of sauce, and spice, and wonderfully crisp edges. The place is also so cozy and charming as well, feels like a comforting italian diner. My only qualm is the hours of this restaurant are rather inconvenient, they are only open 10AM 2PM tue to sat. However if you can make the time for lunch, it's so worth!!

Updated 4/16 this place has quite a following. Brought a coworker here today. We enjoyed the fettuccini bolognese and spaghetti con vongole. Both hit the spot. So delicious and hospitality was on point per usual. Now we just gotta get meatballs on the menu. Know anyone who can help with that??
