Difficult one to rate, on my last visit it was terrible, but previously it has been excellent, so opted for OK When I have been in and it was excellent, the staff were fantastic, a tall dark handsome young man, and a small bubbly blond lady) when it has been bad it was a large small lady all I can say is look who is serving first!! It is a great spot to buy your meal and eat at the seats opposite looking over the harbour, as i said usually the food it top class and well worth trying, unless the small large lady s in, then I would not bother as you will be made to feel like you should not have stepped in the door!!
ordered online for a home delivery, it came before the estimated time and we thought the portion size looks a little bit small, but after eating it was probably just right eating was fresh and we are cooked, not greasy like other fish n chip shops we come back and would recommend friends and family
we were with marcos for fish sauces or single fish. the fish is always fresh and tasty. the teig is crispy and tasty. not greasy like some chip shops. tonight, after we have eaten our delicious fish, we have finished with an ice cream for his next door.
Bought ice creams from the left-hand side of the business at the start of our holiday in Arbroath and enjoyed them. Good quality ice cream and good portion sizes. The seagulls left our cones alone too so that was handy.

Best fish supper I've ever tasted! Cooked to order and fresh. Good sized portions too. Reasonable price for what you get. Busy but quick service and you don't mind waiting if it's good what you get! And it is!
