My family was very recovering from a terrible illness and the car battery was dead we had no help available at the time so we ordered here. The delivery driver was a gentleman. The pizza was terrible it was a Philly steak and the mushrooms were CANNED even the girl told me on the phone in the store they we fresh from the markets and fields. While I am always 100% happy with the food and service at this location, this evening was a huge disappointment. I ordered online and it said my food was ready I arrived and there were at least 6 other people waiting in the lobby. When it was my turn, I told the woman my name, she barely turned around and said it would be a few more minutes no big deal, they’re busy so I wait off to the side. About 5 minutes later I noticed my phone number on one of the orders that had been sitting there the entire time I was in there. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter for quite a while. Eventually, a girl appeared—her name seems to be Breeana, according to my receipt. She has lighter hair and very noticeable eyelashes. What caught my attention, though, was that she was holding a vape in her hand. I’m not someone who typically complains, but come on, that’s just not appropriate for a place of work.
To add to my frustration, my order was incorrect. The entire experience felt unprofessional, and I was treated rudely throughout my time there. Overall, I am beyond frustrated and will not be returning to this restaurant or ordering from them again.
I order from here often have never had an issue. I ordered my usual but did not receive 15 BBQ wings, but instead I got 10 plain wings with sauce in the box. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a way to contact customer service to resolve this issue. Bummer that I payed more than what I received. That aside, I usually have a pleasant experience.

Never have delivery, I only had $100 bill and the guy drops the f word when cashier asked him for change. If you have to talk that way in front of customer you should not be working there... very unprofessional.

Their Old World Style pics is soooo good and their Italian salad was magnificent!But wanted delivery and they only had pick so we picked it up!
I’m always delighted with this restaurant! The service is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly. I give it a full five stars!
