This is the second time I have had an issue with this same store. I made an order at 7:40 to be picked up at 8:30 PM. By the time I got to the store to pick it up they told me it wasn’t ready I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes with my two year old in the back seat antsy. I had to go back to the window and they act as if they didn’t hear the bell and wait another five minutes before they finally found my pizza. I didn’t get my pizza until 915 and it was cold. Never again I’ll find another pizza spot.
This was genuinely the worst pizza I've ever attempted to eat. The delivery driver was nice and even lived in my complex, so that part was hassle-free. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was tough and almost cold. I ordered a White Cheesy, but as someone who works in the pizza industry, I found it to be an absolute disaster. I barely made it through three slices before I had to throw it away. I also felt it was way overpriced for what I received.
Closest Marcos to my apartment, used to get it in a pinch when i had guests or just needed a quick dinner, but they decided to branch off and stop accepting coupons and be really money grubby. I decided to just say whatever and just pay the full price of the pizza and it was easily the worst piece of food I've ever had in my life. Gave me and my roommates full on food poisoning. Just insane the kind of fall from grace here. Wild.
I can't believe this location it's about a mile away from my house and it took them, one hour to deliver pizza and the manager was rude and their help was even more rude, I will not be ordering food from this location ever again Manager tried to pleased me by offering me food for free after their make a huge mistake like if I was asking for something free from them. I'm very pissed by the way they treated me.

My momma’s house is a bit hidden, so the pizza was delivered to the wrong address(which was accepted without a word, of course? I called to ask about it and for them to tell the driver where the driveway is actually located. They called me back and apologized and made a fresh new pizza, and delivered very fast. This is the BEST Marcos anywhere. VERY courteous and great service and food! Thanks to ALL there!
I called ahead and used the drive-thru to pick up my order. The cashier was new but very friendly and was still learning the register. The Philly Cheese Pizza was delicious—Marco's doesn’t hold back on toppings. It truly tasted like a quality Philly sandwich, thanks to a special sauce they use with the cheese. I’ve been to this location before and have always enjoyed great food and service.
Wow, what a shame. The pizza and staff are great but the Marco 's website is a disaster. I spent 20 minutes trying to update my password because some genius in the corporate office updated the company website. I went to email them with my problem, and you guessed it, the customer service email didn 't work. It seems if you want a pizza, you 'd better do it their way or get lost.
I always enjoy visiting this restaurant! Avarsha provides excellent customer service and has a constantly cheerful demeanor!
