I arrived in Brantford and was advised that this was the best pizza in town.Boy were they ever wrong When the delivery arrived at my hotel she called and didn't want to deliver to my room. After a long walk around to the front desk I was then told they don't do debit for delivery. I should of walked away then but my kids were hungry .When I asked for a receipt she then said it was written on the box . The pizza was the worst i have ever had no sauce tasteless and cold. Was definitely not worth the 1 hour wait. After 1 slice I threw the rest of it in the garbage and looked for subs
I have tried many pizza's, including home made but there is no pizza like a Maria's. When I would visit Brantford from time to time from Vancouver, sometimes we would order on the way from the airport. Family run business. There is no disappointment like wanting a Maria;s pizza to find out you can't get through on either number so you have to drive there and place your order. I live back in Ontario now and will sometimes pick up a pizza and drive home with it to surprise my husband.
This place has undoubtedly been the best pizza in Brantford for many years. However, over the last few years, the quality has become very inconsistent. Tonight, the pizza was overly doughy, chewy, and excessively greasy. It's quite pricey, so we only treat ourselves to it once in a while. It's definitely disappointing to spend that much money and end up with a subpar experience instead of a great one. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 3 out of 5.
After living here for almost 1.5 years, we finally went to here to have a pizza. The pizza was decent, I would like to try one more time from this place, since it's the oldest and is the best pizza place here in Brantford. This pizza was absolutely terrible. I am a pizza lover and usually enjoy greasy pizzas, but this one was just disgusting. It was the greasiest pizza I have ever encountered.
Picked a pizza and it was ok! Picked also 2 lasagnas and they were very bland, nothing to write home about! I will not drive out of my way for that restaurant!

Good food, but very expensive. Great sauce, can tell it is homemade. But overall, the price is what makes us prefer other options
