Looking for authenticity? Go to Marie Créole and you will be served. Whether it's for the typical small voute room of St Guilhem the desert or a good sausage rougail made with generosity and chichi. If you want to enjoy the maitresse of the places better book because there are very few places. The set is a good address to go to the cool and change.
Warm welcome in a very small room. Marie treated all four of us to a sausage rougail and a pork curry, in generous portions. With extra chili for those who want it. THANKS!
