Im came in an ordered a large pie...i waited 45 mins for food that normally would have been 15 mins.THATS NOT THE WORST PART..1st this guy who was working the register was wearing a long sleeve black T-shirt that was too big...he starts preparing the dough and never washed his hands and his sleeves are landing on the food...then thisshort man came from back stands over him, SCRATCHES THE BACK OF HIS SCALP BARE FINGERS AND ALL...and takes over putting his fingers and hands all over and in the dough to prepare the pizza. I then ask is that my pizza? They say yea.. I inform them he scratched his head The female staff communicates to him in Spanish...he gets mad for being called out on his error...
I have been in search of a Chicago-Style, deep-dish pizza south of I-485 and… I found it off Rea Rd! We were greeted by Jennifer who happily helped us with our order and recommended the Rosati’s Dough Nuggets! WOW! Those little pods of joy were light and delicious! She told us the process to cook the deep dish pizza, so we were prepared for the length of time it took to receive our pizza and honestly, it didn’t seem like that long. We got the 14” Meat Mania and it was huge AND incredible! I think the pizza was around $23 which for what we got was an incredible deal! Jennifer checked on us several times and my son and I had a great time and enjoyed ourselves throughly! We’ll be back soon!
Delivery is great and they are respectful, but in general, we are disappointed in some aspects of every single order we got. So far, we got two deliveries; I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs chicken Alfredo. The meatballs were not very appetizing, which is a big disappointment. The chicken in the Alfredo tasted more like it was boiled in water and tossed into the Alfredo. My husband ordered a pizza and the Chicago deep dish and although he didn't mind it, he said he wasnot a big fan of either pizzas. We honestly think it's more of a personal preference rather than the dishes itself. Although we did not entirely enjoy this place, we hope others enjoy it more than we did.
Amazing brand new restaurant and pizza place! My staff and I ate here for their soft opening and could not happier with the freshness of the food, the customer service and cleanliness of the establishment. Chef Joe Balbo really is remarkable at his craft. This will be a regular spot my wife and I for dinners as well, plus the pizza is out of this world! Notable dishes I enjoyed, Braised Beef Short Rib, Ricotta Gnocchi, Tuscan Onion Arancini Rice Balls and for pizzatry the Sicilian ???? My new spot!!

The two people working there at night are very sluggish. They can't take orders over the phone correctly, and they take very long to count change for some reason. It's very annoying when they get my order wrong even though I was very clear over the phone. They halfass cutting the pizza into slices for some reason
The pizza is excellent. I had to regular slices. The sauce is excellent, the cheese perfect not dripping grease. Service quick, And my slices were perfectly browned on top. I even ate the crust! The crust was soft enough and hard enough not to cut my gums... thanks for 2 perfect
I believe this restaurant is underappreciated. The specialty pizza slices were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the crust. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!
I ordered the daily special, a pizza, but it was so burnt on the bottom that it was inedible. I waited 40 minutes for this disappointing dish.

Best Brooklyn pizza. Reminds me of my grandma in the 60s in Brooklyn. I could drink the sauce. Excellent job guys. Don?t change anything!
