The best Sinaloa style seafood in LA County. Always fresh and tons of flavor. Can't go wrong with the botanas (salsa negra, verde, o roja), tacos (governador de harina), plato Sinaloa, a caldo, u name it, it's gonna be good! Also portions are large sogreat place to share. Restaurant itself is small. Weekends could get especially crowded, but you can always place an order forpickup. They have a good system going.
Ordered via phone at 2:20 PM, and the lady said the order would be ready at 3:30. We got there at 3:25, and the order was not handed in until 1hr+ Later. You have to wait outside, and speak up.Service was extremely low and unprofessional. The host kept skipping people in line.Food is good, but overpriced and overhyped.
I finally had the chance to visit Mariscos El Moreno. Before going, I had heard great things about their aguachiles, and they definitely lived up to the hype. We also tried the fish tacos, which were delicious and had a nice crispy texture. Food: 5/5.
The portions here are really generous—two people could easily share one order. But in my case, I love to eat, so I finished the whole plate by myself! I had the Morena Especial and Barba Negra. Book a table now

BBBOMB a shrimp ceviche! The servings are generous and the quality of the food is too notch. They have a variety of salsas to choose from and they have the best micheladas.
Food was decent but beyond over priced! 35 dollars for a bowel of aquachiles including scallops and tuna. Added octopus for $5. The micheladas were great tho.
Parking: The plaza has only 8 parking spaces, which fill up quickly. Street parking can be difficult to find as well. Book a table now
