We usually do takeaway on Friday and wanted to support local, however tonight was a disappointment. Our girls really wanted fries which we ordered (and paid for). Instead we got rice which was less than half the price. We were charged for the fries. When we called up to query, we were told we got what we ordered. It was tasty food but we were left feeling like we'd been cheated. Not planning to go back ...
Staff seemed inexperienced at times and were not dressed professionally (e.g. sweaters). Service to take orders was somewhat slow (lots of phone calls for takeaway noted). Food came out quickly. Generous portions. Had the mixed grill entree, lamb biryani, lamb roti. A little bit too salty overall, but flavourful. A reasonable dining venue for casual meals.
the food was excellent and cheap. it seemed a lack of personal and not able to deal quickly with customer orders. not a lot of atmosphere in the restaurant, but will definitely return, as eating was best of Indian restaurants that we tried before site.
The food and the aromas from the spices were amazing! Really friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. We had the pumpkin tikka masala the flavour was delicious and the prawn coconut curry was a real treat. Will definitely be back! Book a table now
Eating is consistently delicious, comes from hot and fresh, good portions also. the butternan is also absolutely delicious and fresh. very recommended.
I’ve eaten here and had takeaway many times. The food has always been great and service very good. Lots of gluten free options.
Quickly becoming our regular. Our favourite Indian in Melbourne. We highly recommend them.
