Wonderful place! There's a parking garage nearby. The wait time was just 10-15 minutes. I absolutely love the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ramen! The broth is incredibly flavorful, and you can request extra noodles if you finish yours. The only downside is that the inside can feel a bit cramped, especially for two-person tables. There's a small outdoor seating area as well. However, it's conveniently located in Redwood City and it's great for a local walk.
