I always experience excellent service, from placing my order to having it delivered right to my door. The staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and they consistently get my order right. I’ve sampled a good portion of the menu, and everything from the pizza and wings to the subs, plates, and salads has been fantastic. The chicken fingers are particularly impressive in size! While mistakes can happen anywhere, this restaurant did mix up my order once. I called to inform them—not looking for free food, just hoping to help them prevent it from happening again in the future. They promptly remade the order and delivered it as originally requested. Food is good here, but today the cashier rang up the wrong thing. Ordered a Buffalo chicken calzone, and it was rung up as a grilled chicken quesadilla (was on the receipt and in container). Spouse didn’t notice till he got home, and I was hungry, so we ate. It was good, but I could make a chicken quesadilla just as good at home, but I can’t make the buffalo chicken calzone as good that we ordered.
It's decent—everything is perfectly fine to eat, but nothing stands out as exceptional. It's not bad, but it’s far from good. I've sampled food from this place three times, and each time has been fairly mediocre. I likely wouldn’t choose to spend my own money there again, but I wouldn’t be upset if I had to eat it.
Love the boneless wings from here, I always ask for them cooked a bit longer, and I'm never disappointed. I pair them with a huge slice of country sweet chicken pizza... their blue cheese is absolutely delicious with both!

By far the best customer service! Both Jordan’s are amazing and super friendly! They even remade my order when I got stuck at work while my food sat there for 30 mins! The food is also great! 10/10.
