We found ourselves in this neighborhood in search of some good Asian restaurants and were pleased to discover Ma's. Initially planning to dine elsewhere, we ended up at Ma's when our first choice was too crowded. Arriving after 8pm on a Tuesday, the restaurant was not very busy. We tried the pork dumplings and vegetable dumplings, both of which were delicious. The instructions on the wall were helpful. The sichuan pepper chicken was decent, though not my favorite dish. However, the sweet and sour pork ribs were bursting with flavor, the chow mein was excellent, and the Kung Pao shrimp was also fantastic.
About two weeks ago, my husband and I decided to try Ma's Dumpling House, and we really enjoyed our meal! Everything was delicious, and the cozy atmosphere felt like home. The BBQ ribs and pork knives were fantastic, but I especially loved the crispy green beans. The lady there was very sweet and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely go back—I’m actually thinking of going again tonight!
I ordered dinner last night at this restaurant where my family has always enjoyed the food. However, the meal we had last night was disappointing. I was shocked to find that none of the dishes were up to their usual standard. While the fried wontons and beef in the fried dish were decent, the rice was a complete mess. Overall, it was a letdown compared to our previous experiences at this restaurant.
The food is incredible. Please note that the dumplings are made to order take probably 15-20 minutes to come out. The wait is totally worth it. Juicy pork buns are always yummy but the green beans eggplant totally blew me away. We love this place make sure to stop here whenever we're in Anaheim.

Veggie dumplings were delicious. They do not add egg in veggie dumplings that is the cool part. Customer service is good. The waitress and the mating girl welcomed well. And the dumplings were just good enough to dip into chili oil and enjoy the dumplings. Definitely will try next time.
The service at Ma's Dumpling House was exceptional. Even though I arrived after closing time, they kindly waited for me. The food was delicious! I will definitely return and recommend it to others.

the best orange chicken ive had in a long time. the lady server is super beautiful, the waiting time is long as it is made to serve, but the results are worth it!
