Granted I've only been once in the last five years after going weekly for over a year. Went for a late lunch today and was highly highly disappointed. Server brought us menus, came back a little while later to bring the coffee I requested, came back a little while later to take our order then bring our food. Not one person came back to bring more coffee, to ask if we needed anything. Nothing and no one. It wasn;t that they were busy either, half the section we were in was empty. The food was good, not as good as it used to be. But the service was horrible. I've scratched this diner off my list. I will not be going back again.
I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but I've noticed some declines. The food is good, but not exceptional, and the service has deteriorated from what it once was. After we placed our order, we received our food, but that was the last time we saw our server until the check arrived. We weren't even offered any refills on our water or coffee. Unfortunately, there are too many other dining options on Long Island for me to want to return here.
Waited a long time and no one came to take the order. We tried multiple times to get attention. The server only went to nearby tables but did not even bother looking at our table. Even though there are multiple staff behind the bar doing nothing, no one pays attention. First and last time for sure.
I ordered an omelette with the vegetables cooked first, but apparently, that was too much to ask. When I requested a coffee, I was served a cup that resembled mud—literally. It's disappointing; soon, diners like this may become a thing of the past.

One of the best diners in long island, the omelets are perfection and the coffee is one the best I’ve had. Glad this diner stays as good as I remember!
This diner is excellent, with fantastic service and amazing food. I highly recommend it! The coleslaw is outstanding!
Went there many times when I lived in Massapequa this time a lot of friends came to see us. Things are still good.
We had a large group and we were seated quickly, food was excellent and so was the service.
