We started with a dish of peppers served with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. It was good, but I imagine it will be even better in the summer when the tomatoes are ripe. The fried calamari was light and crispy, not chewy at all. The veal francese was tender, and the sauce had a nice tang without being overwhelming. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the marinara sauce was rich with whole cloves of garlic – simply delicious. For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Tortoni, a creamy vanilla ice cream topped with roasted coconut, which was delightful.

A true classic, a taste of Italy. The service is excellent, you allows feel part of the family. The appetizers are amazing and the entrees are enormous. A true family style restaurant, bring your friends, bring your family. This place is top notch. And don’t forget there fresh deserts. Giavani Toni always make you feel part of there family, a must visit!
This was my first visit, and it was fantastic! They serve some of the best Italian food on Long Island, and the portions are generous. Our server, Bryan, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we ordered just the right amount of food and recommended some delicious dishes. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!
Visited for the first time. Family style: very large portions that you share amongst yourselves. NO pizza on the menu. Fairly fancy place with thick, white tablecloths and napkins. Service was friendly, professional, and overall excellent. I cannot recommend this restaurant more! Go here!

Italian family style. Antipasto court was great. The fish and pasta dishes were delicious. The chicken dish was easy on chicken. Probably use a breast to knock in 3 braids. Drinks at the bar were very expensive, and they needed a second bartender.
nice place great service family style dishes for 2 or 4+ great cocktails definitely recommended for friends gathering or any type of celebrations. everything is always fresh and just made perfect. seafood linguine is andante and delicious
It's not often that a restaurant meets, let alone exceeds, expectations, but Matteo certainly does! Our group of six was thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our experience, from the drinks and appetizers to the coffee.
