Mattone - Table reservation

Bartenders were super busy so our poor waitress had to apologize numerous times for the delay in our drinks. Then she had to comp them for getting the order incorrectly. There were big delays so they comped dessert too, but then found a hair in the dessert. Have been here multiple times and normally was exceptionally good service and food, so just hoping they get their wait staff extra bar help for larger parties. I think our waitress was capable and extremely patient and sweet with our large party. Will come again but hope they add bartenders

Our service and food was horrible. 1. It took our waitress 20 minutes to come to our table after being seated and the restaurant was practically empty. 2. We ordered an appetizer (Calamari) that took about 30 minutes to arrive. 3. 30 minutes later, we received our food and our appetizer plates, empty bread board, empty glasses were never cleared, so we had no room for our dinner plates. 4. The food was terrible. Over salted and cold. 5. Our waitress did not check-in with us until dinner was over. 6. Terrible experience all around.

Attentive and accomadating We were there for the food of course but also wanted a leisurely meal full of talk and catching up. Never rushed but also checked how things were going without interupting Perfect waitstaff. Food was wonderful.

We wanted a table outside and they accommodated our request. It was some of the best Italian food we’ve ever had. Service was on point. We can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu.

Went there with my wife on a date night. The food, the wine, and overall was an excellent experience. The Food, The wine, and the atmosphere was wonderufl.
