Stopped by on impulse for lunch, cold and rainy day. Exterior nothing special in a very ordinary commercial street, but once inside, knew we had chosen well! Comfortable and welcoming ambiance; smiling, cheerful owner, and delicious appetising aromas, locals eating there, a good sign. Kir and Pineau for aperatif, came with tasty warm amuses-bouche. Then Confit of Duck for Jane and Sauerkraut Paysanne for me, a steaming heap of various sausages, salami, smoked pork, and the piquant cabbage, almost defeated me! Thankfully came on hotplate, so perfectly hot to the end. Very reasonably priced, too. Food quality excellent. Loved the comfortable seating and the tiffany central light. (How do they...
