Well it’s hard to call it a pepperoni pizza when there’s not one piece of pepperoni on the pizza. I ordered online and drove 20 minutes to pick up my $45 order which was 2 large pizzas and big New Yorker. The big New Yorker was supposed to be a pepperoni with half of it with jalapeños. Well everything was there but the pepperoni. I called the store trying to get ahold of someone to talk to and as soon as I mentioned the pizza I was immediately put on hold then I called back and someone else picked up and again as soon as I mentioned the pizza was immediately put on hold. I’ll never spend another dime at this location. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with.
I can't believe how poor the customer service is. If staff weren't busy chatting and goofing off, maybe our order would have been ready on time. Instead, I spent my time watching you all just stand around. Honestly, waiting 20 minutes for a meal that should have only taken 10 is frustrating.
Dont order from pizza hut in Seminole. I order 2 pizzas after 1hour I called and they said it was out on delivery, called back 1hour half later and they said it was out for delivery. After 2 hour the manager calls and offered us a 2liter bottle of soda and are pizza are on ther way.
The Big New Yorker Pizza. What a MESS This is what it looked like when I opened the box after delivery. Nothing BIG about this pizza. Crust sizes are different. No Parmesan added. And mostly all the orders I get you have to recut your pizza. Horrible!!!!

We ordered the Pizza Melts, and they reminded me of pizza from a gas station. I definitely do not recommend them. However, the service was excellent, and both the restaurant and restrooms were very clean.
We ordered through the app and had great service at the Seminole location. The pizza was hot out of the oven at the exact time they said it would be ready. Good service and good food :
Aside from forgetting the pepperoni on my pizza, it was delicious! The pizza is always ready by the time I get there, and the staff is consistently friendly!
Overall everything was pretty good.The big new Yorker could have had more pepperoni on it. And the pasta dish should have been covered with aluminum foil.
