This restaurant is an excellent choice for salads, soups, and breakfast. Their coffee selection is superb as well. You can either dine in or opt for delivery. The food is fresh and high-quality, and it’s served quickly when eating on-site. However, delivery can vary in quality depending on your order and the delivery service you select. One particular app doesn’t offer real-time tracking, which can lead to frustrating situations where you receive notifications that your food is almost there, or, even worse, that it has been delivered when it hasn’t arrived yet. However, I encountered some difficulties when trying to use a gift card through their app, which was quite confusing. The employee could have been friendlier, especially when addressing my friend's order, as they seemed a bit upset. In contrast, the next customer was treated much better, with the staff asking if they had a rewards number (which I had inquired about earlier). While the venue is beautiful, my experience was disappointing. Additionally, I've found that Panera gift cards are generally not very useful in their app.

This is absolutely absurd. I?m already overpaying by eating at Panera, and then my $10 sandwich has next to no chicken salad. When I went to the counter to show them I was then given a cup of another worlds smallest amount of chicken salad. The employees told us that it?s one scoop per sandwich, a scoop of what a tablespoon? Pictures don?t do it justice to the little amount, not only was this our issue but another woman and her son behind us were given a sandwich that had nothing on it as well.

I would suggest steering clear of this restaurant. It appears they either don't pay attention to online orders or simply don't care. The chipotle chicken avocado melt had brown avocados, the steak and cheddar sandwich contained old steak, and the French onion soup was served without the extra cheese I had ordered. To make matters worse, the utensils I requested were also missing. Given the current prices at this restaurant, it’s unacceptable to not receive the food as ordered.
I would advise against visiting this restaurant. They either can’t read or simply don’t care about online orders. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt had brown avocados, and the Steak and Cheddar Sandwich contained only two small pieces of old steak. I also ordered extra cheese in the French onion soup, but it didn't come with any at all, and I didn't even receive utensils. It would be nice to get the food I paid for, especially considering how overpriced it is now.
This is completely ridiculous. I’m already paying too much at Panera, and my $10 sandwich barely had any chicken salad on it. When I brought it to the counter, they gave me a tiny cup with even less chicken salad. The employee said it’s one scoop per sandwich—just about a tablespoon. Pictures don’t even capture how little there was. This wasn’t just our problem; a woman and her son behind us also received a sandwich with almost no filling.
In the name of organic and healthy options, Panera Bread is a disappointment. I spent $16 on a salad and half a sandwich from their menu, but the bread was overly salty and the salad dressing was greasy. It’s hard to see how they market this as a healthier alternative with such high sodium content. I’d rather pay half the price and eat at a fast food place. I won’t be returning.
