Mazzios staff in Jenks, Oklahoma did not properly make our pizza. I ordered and paid for a deep crust pizza with pepperoni and double mushrooms. What we received was thin crust no toppings. Yes, it was delivery, but instead of re-delivery with the right pizza the buck is just literally passed, and Mazzios takes no responsibility for their incompetence. It was not the delivery person’s mistake, but the POooooooR quality control of staff at the Mazzios in Jenks. Excuse me while I puke press on! Mazzios will not get my business in the future… I am a mom with two teenagers to feed …but not again from Mazzios in Jenks!
I had ordered by phone waited my 20 minutes and went to go get my pizza. they said they were busy please go to the side. NEVER GO TO THE SIDE. I WENT to the side waited . see the same delivery guys come and go three times. I went inside after 45 minutes. A lady came asked me if I had an order. I said yes she went to the drive through window and got my pizza after they completly forgot about . I get home and the pizza cold. This is a lesson on how to lose a customer, I also will reccomend no one go here for pizza.
This is a lovely and tranquil restaurant. Unfortunately, my card didn't work due to an error made by my bank when they issued my new card. Thankfully, the bank resolved the issue, and we were able to enjoy the buffet. The staff was friendly, although the cashier looked quite disappointed about my card not working. I assure you, I was not trying to skip out on the bill. I truly enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will definitely check that my card is functioning properly before my next visit.
Went to get lunch at the buffet with my mom and 1 year old. We unfortunately didn’t realize we came in right before the buffet ended and there wasn’t much pizza left. We didn’t even notice, but the employees did and asked what we would like and specifically brought it to our table so we could get slices before they put it out. This is the kind of customer service that makes my day and makes me want to come back. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the food was great. Definitely recommend.

Great location! Always clean!!! Always fresh!! The staff are great. Very friendly and professional. They always have a great selection of pizza and dessert bars. The salad bar is always fresh and delicious. I can't complain at all. We frequently order from Mazzio's, but I have to say that this location is one of my least favorites. Still, it's the only nearby pizza place that offers good value for the price. We tend to order the same items regularly, but they are prepared differently each time, and there are often mistakes, like missing ranch dressing. It's not that the food itself is bad; it’s just extremely inconsistent.
Horrible service an Horrible food..never again! If you like trash food then yeah go ahead! Not for everybody for sure! Service was even worse!!!! I will never ever return EVER....
I only had the salad bar, but it was fresh and well-stocked. The price was reasonable at $6.99. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean.
