The food was Great! We ordered blt with avocado, the French dip, Angus spuds, potato soup, Mac n cheese... Food was Great...but.. the au jus sauce drowned everything. The soup leaked but was mostly contained in the plastic wrap around the container. We used DoorDash and everything was soaked and drippy. Not much au jus left in container. Please come up with better delivery containers.
Decided to never return here after unappreciative customer service. Manager was rude and would not turn extremely loud pop music at my request. They just asked me to leave then called the police to have me banned for a year. Just another business unappreciative of customers with a thank you next mentality.
McAlister's is known for their delicious soup, sandwiches, and especially their giant baked potatoes. Unfortunately, the Tampa location did not meet our expectations compared to other McAlister's we've visited. It's possible they were just having an off day, so we are willing to give them another chance.

Janelle at the counter was so sweet, patient, and gave us amazing service last Saturday!I’ve always loved Mccalisters but it always tastes better when it comes with prompt service! I will definitely come back to this location because they took care of us with kindness even though they were busy.
Danielle greeted us with a smile and proceeded to take our order. The kitchen created delicious food for us! Again, it was provided by Danielle with a smile! Very clean lobby and the best service, no wonder thos is my favorite sandwich shop!!
Can't say enough good thing about Mccalister. So many delicious sandwiches. My personal favorite is the Ruben. You get so much meat, it's literally impossible for you to make one for the same price highly recommended.

The staff at this location go above and beyond! I have been going here at least once a week for a few months and have nothing but great things to say. They are friendly and always make my day.
The beef chili tasted like very old meat in it. The beef chili tasted horrible. I also had the vegetable chili not as bad but not good. Add a corned beef sandwich it was fatty and dry.
