Horrible service and over priced food. $15 for half a sandwich and cup of soup is ridiculous. The girls working the counter were unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful to our entire Bible study group. It definitely did not go unnoticed by any of us! The food is good… not thrilled about the prices. The service is *always* impeccable. Such nice people working here! Also, consider bringing a sweater if you get cold easily. I freeze any time I go there.
The experience would be a whole lot better if when you did a order the cooks would actually read the special instructions. I normally order online and my order is NEVER Exactly as i requested.
We usually love this place. But this last time they forgot my brownie and then the salad was not very good.. the green lettuce was big white chuncks…

I always love going to McAlister to eat! Food was great, hot, and juicy. Wonderful atmosphere for any occasion.
They closed early on me..I came by at 9:50....but its usually a good experience
