I used to really enjoy McAlister's, but I was extremely disappointed during my visit today. They promote an amazing steak sandwich, but when I tried to order it, I was informed they were out of steak. Since that was unavailable, I opted for a bowl of their broccoli cheddar soup, which is usually delicious. However, I was then told they were out of soups, Mac and cheese, and several other menu items. It's evident that this location is having difficulties; they've cut back on their hours, and the quality of the food we received today was subpar. I won't be returning!
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff here, both ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly friendly and always strive to get your order exactly right. If there's ever an issue with your order, they are quick to rectify it. The food is fantastic, featuring a typical selection of deli items such as sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! Everything is fresh and delicious. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful meal. I am a very happy and loyal customer.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and the customer service was terrible. I've never felt so disrespected; the staff spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was a burden for simply asking for my food. There was so much attitude, and the cashier consistently rolled their eyes and smirked. Other employees were laughing, which made the situation even worse. I will definitely not be returning!
The food is excellent when you're able to get it. However, this location really needs immediate assistance. At the very least, they should create a dedicated area for takeout orders, so customers can pick up their food without having to wait in line for 20 minutes—I'm not exaggerating.

Went there and got lunch they only had three employees working because other employees did not show up and they still did an outstanding job! Definitely worth the extra 10 minutes... Not too bad for running on a short crew!
Walked in to signs on the door stating their oven is broken so there’s no hot food. Apparently they don’t even have a microwave to melt cheese. As we waited in line to order the registers went down. Left without eating.
The food is great. For the price, you should receive a little more. But other than that, the staff was awesome. Love the French Dip sandwich.
I ordered the Savannah chopped salad, but it arrived with wilted, nearly frozen lettuce and pieces of ice.
