This is usually my go-to restaurant, but I had a terrible experience with delivery this time. Everything spilled in my bag, and my sandwich was poorly prepared and falling apart. The cucumber tomato salad was soggy and tasted like poor quality ingredients. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. If the restaurant cannot fulfill orders with care and quality for delivery or blame it on the holiday, then they shouldn't even bother. I would rather eat somewhere else.
I ordered the Broccoli and Cheddar soup in a bowl size and it was not filled up all the way. On top of that, it tasted a bit off. The Potato Salad that came as a side with my Harvest Chicken Salad (which contains pecans) was also not filled all the way. I have dined at McAlisters before and they have never skimped on portions, I'm not sure what happened.
I work close by to McAlister’s M-F so lunch is always a no brained for me, the food is always fresh and delicious! I always get my Tea Pass and get my tea daily at the pick up window, all the employees are so nice and pretty much already recognize me and know who I am. : Very friendly staff and environment all around! And their tea is always 10/10!!!!
I ordered the McAlisters Club Wrap with the Country Potato Soup and Fresh Fruit . The Country Potato Soup was very bland and the potatos in the soup were way under cooked! My favorite dish is the McAllisters Loaded potato soup in a bread bowl! And its not even on the menu! I am so disappointed in this particular McAllisters Deli Book a table now
Have dine in and take out. On take out we never get the pickle with our sandwiches. The cashier said she would make sure we get the pickles this time...no pickles but a big long black hair mixed with my turkey meat on 9/8/23 it got caught up in between my molars YUK.Parking: Good
The sandwiches are fantastic, and the loaded potatoes are delicious and satisfying.
I asked for no avocado and this is what I got, I paid money to end up not eating.
Love those meaty Reubens but I get them to go with the Gallons To Go iced tea. Book a table now
