Decided to treat the grandkids to McDonald’s, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The double cheeseburger was messy, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the fries were overly salty. When I asked for a replacement burger, it looked just as bad as the first. We ordered two Happy Meals hoping to get the Wakanda Forever toys, but were given Space Jam toys instead. When we requested the correct toys, the staff responded with a poor attitude in both instances. It felt like this McDonald’s was run by uninterested teenagers who didn’t care about the menu or customer satisfaction.
Early February 2021, used drive-thru so granddaughter could have happy meal. Decided to get a couple of mcdouble cheeseburgers, too. Ordered 6 piece mcnugget happy meal, extra fries, paid for extra bbq sauce. Ordered 2 mcdouble cheeseburgers, large fry. Got home, no bbq sauce, no bbq xtra fries in happy meal. Both mcdoubles had ONE patty and 2 cheeses. Food was all cold. Called store, they promised coupons as compensation, never received anything.

Went there for some large fries at Tues 9:30pm, super courteous when asked if we could use a McDonald’s reward code. Bro checked with us first whether the fries were good enough since they’ve been out for a bit, made us some fresh ones-without us even asking him to-and even ran out in the rain to hand it to us. Man came in clutch with the freshly cooked fries and the ketchup ??Greatly appreciated gesture of kindness, my dude

The staff at McDonald’s are wonderful, delivering outstanding customer service. After my initial visit, I urged my wife to apply for a position there, and I’m delighted that she is now a member of the team.
