I began my visit at the kids' play area, and I was appalled by the sticky and dirty floor; every step left a residue behind. The slide was particularly bad, as it had some sort of drink mixed with vomit on it. After that, I received my food and, unfortunately, found a hair in my meal! They replaced it, but in the meantime, while eating the nuggets, I noticed a black spot in them. To make matters worse, my replacement burger had a strong chemical smell. Additionally, the noise level from the people behind me was quite bothersome. Overall, I do not recommend this McDonald's.
Horrible location!!! Stopped in for my 30min lunch break, ordered a chicken sandwich and large drink, and waited 20min for it while they served 5 other people who ordered after me with larger orders! Staff was rude beyond comprehension and when I asked about my order I got dorty looks from staff and the manager at this location! Will NEVER go back to this store!!
Thank you for making our fish sandwiches perfectly neat and not messy! The ones at other places around here, like on 35th Avenue and Deer Valley, are terrible. They never seem to care, even when I ask for something specific when I go inside. I really appreciate that you take the time to care about how you prepare your food.
Great place for the kids. And they allow you to bring in other food as long as you buy something. So we purchased some sushi ? from tahru and brought it to McDonald's so the kid could have fun as well. Book a table now
The prices are excessively high, the quality has dropped significantly, and it's evident that the staff has received minimal training.
Mainly go there picking up Uber orders but everything is always ready. I have gone to eat there occasionally and it's always clean.
Order on the app everytime and I ALWAYS have to wait for it. Never ready when I arrive. Defeats the purpose of ordering online.
The quality control here is atrocious. Staff should be retrained how to correctly make food and interact with customers. Book a table now
French fries were hot. Cheeseburger was yummy. Ice tea was refreshing.
