The daytime staff usually has everything under control, and my experiences have been quite positive. They rarely make mistakes, and the food is decent. However, the night crew is a completely different story. I’ve stopped going in the evenings altogether and only visit during the day now. The staff at night can be quite rude, and the quality of the food is poor. If they forget something and you ask for it, they tend to blame you. I recommend coming here for lunch, but definitely not for dinner! I’d give the daytime crew 4 stars and the nighttime crew only 1 star.
This particular McDonald's has a terrible system for order pickups. The staff doesn't acknowledge customers when they enter; they stay behind the counter even after making eye contact. They don't greet you or ask if you're there to pick up an order—it's just silence. It's unprofessional and frankly quite disappointing.
These guys are almost always fast abs the food is fresh. My only real issue is that at the order screen it can be a challenge to get the order taker to not put you on hold or even a bit short. I have had a few incidents where the food was not correct but, hasn't most places messed up a few times?
This is by far the best McDonald's I've been to, food is always fresh and cooked well, the whole place is very clean, even the bathroom. The service is great, very polite staff. Food comes quick. They really nailed it at this location.

I asked for two 10 pieces of mcnuggets eating got only one when I asked if I got another, they said that I had to wait again in line I asked the other 10 pieces of meal that they did not give me any fries.
They are good food wise. On top of things speedy service. The one star is for playplace still being closed. June 27, 2022. Will change review when playplace opens back up....
Kids not care about order, just got what I did not order. They are more interested in talking about what they will be doing after they get off work. Aurora sucks!
This is the only McDonald's that has ever earned my 5-star rating! The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had any complaints. Food quality: 5/5.
