Went to this place via drive thru around 10PM waited 5 mins in the drive thru speaker got zero communication while waiting. So I decided to pull forward and maybe see if I can just order through the drive thru window instead. The lady seemed like an older lady I believe bashed my dad and said he needs to be patient and wait because the long is line. While I understand the line is long. Communication at the drive thru speaker stating “ one moment please or give me a second “ would have been very helpful. Instead she attacked my dad verbally and denied his right to order through the window instead. Awful communication from this lady.
I went back to the drive-thru, but they were closed inside. I told the staff to pull up to the second window, and they demanded all the boxes back. I returned the boxes, but when they handed them back, they still contained four nuggets and just one fry—she only took the cookies out! I waited there for at least five minutes, hoping they would notice me, but they completely ignored my presence. Eventually, we left, and the kids ate what they had, even though I had paid for all the 6-piece nuggets. The service was extremely rude!
Every single time I go they mess up my order and take forever at the drive thru, asking me what I got 2-3 times. I got my step son a happy meal and they gave him an already used booklet for his toy which is ridiculous! I recommend never going to this location and go to the Ordnance Rd. location instead.
The restaurant consistently has all menu items available and features a quick service due to its two drive-through windows. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. Just a heads up: you’ll need to request ketchup or sugar, as they are not provided automatically.

They did not include my 10 piece nugget meal with a strawberry shake at all and the happy meal did not have a drink with it at all. Then I contacted the driver it cut off during calling and said time expired.
I had a wonderful experience at McDonald's today. The food was served hot and quickly, and Tervon provided exceptional customer service.
I had a fantastic experience with my order! The Big Breakfast with Hotcakes was amazing, and I loved the Big Breakfast overall.
