Well, it's a McDonald's – so the selection and quality are the same as in all the other branches. We prefer to order via the app – which, by the way, really needs an overhaul in terms of user experience – and use the drive-thru. None of these things are unique to this particular McDonald's. One way forward: I compare McD Weinheim with other fast restaurants, not with inns or even star restaurants. But even this comparison is not good... I was there three times now; two times I left before I had ordered. At the first time, the quality of the Chicken Nuggets (fatty! and the Cheeseburger (very dry, lukewarm is not great, but at least the tables were quite clean. Every time you go there, half your order is missing or you get the wrong items. You stand at the checkout for ages and are initially ignored, and then you wait forever for the order that ends up not being satisfactory.
The wait for food is generally very long. I've been waiting 25 minutes for two Happy Meals and a set menu. Unfortunately, there's a lot of trash under the tables, and the place generally seems very messy and chaotic.
