Worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. I was there at about 9.15pm. I went to the dual drive-thru and waited, and waited, and said 'hello? ' a couple of times...and waited. Nothing. The other Maccas drive-thru was getting service but apparently mine was not. So I told the guy behind me and reversed out. There seemed to be a backlog so I decided to go inside. Went inside, no one at the counter, so I waited...and waited.. A girl came, but then another customer who already had her food came up the counter with chips and said that they were cold and asked for new ones, plus she was missing an apple pie. Every SINGLE time without fail McDonalds Beldon will completely f# your order up, and I'm the idiot who keeps going back thinking I might get lucky. If you want to pay for a meal and receive something completely different, not realising until you get home this is your joint. If you pay for extras you will NEVER receive them in your bag and if you manage to realise this, expect attitude from the staff for so rudely inconveniencing them. Don't know what people they're employing there but they have an IQ level of about 40 and a waiting time average of 10 minutes. Coffee is also disgusting.
When I reached the window, the girl repeated my drink order back to me, and I was handed my drink. However, when I asked about my hash browns, she informed me that only the drink was ordered. I was surprised because I hadn’t heard her repeat my entire order. Unfortunately, the situation became more confusing when she spoke with her manager, who confirmed that only a drink had been ordered. I explained that my full order was clearly displayed on the screen, and the manager had read it. Book a table now
no surprises here! every time I go to this place to take a command, they get it wrong. they have stuffed my breakfast. I paid for 2 pancakes and after I'm home. that makes them wrong 5 times from 6. They also forget the maple survival. it's just not worth going back. should tear this sad excuse for a fast food outlet and upgrade to an empty paddock off! ps. I gave an evaluation of only 1.0 because zero was no option. ah!
A lady at the Beldon McDonald's served me yesterday, and she provided the best customer service I've seen in a long time. She was all smiles and genuinely eager to help. She had dark hair and appeared to be in her late 20s. I didn't catch her name badge, but she certainly excelled in her job and more! This was on December 5th, 2018, around 4 PM.
Absolute rubbish. Another customer got my order, opened it, handled everything, returned it staff tried to give it to me. I asked for some clean food, Instead of binning it they rewrapped it and put it back in with the rest for some other poor person to get. Then proceeded to get my order wrong again. Unhygienic monkeys.
Clean. I must say I agree with previous comment I am a morning regular at this McDonald's and I have seen the change over the past few weeks also. All aspects of the restaurant are a lot cleaner and tidier. Whenever I am there now there is also somebody cleaning. Book a table now
I ordered a frozen coconut drink, but it seemed to be missing about a third of it. I was puzzled, as I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known it would be so incomplete, especially for a drink that costs $1.
