We knew this McDonald’s drive-through usually takes longer than others in town, but my husband and I decided it was what we wanted for lunch, so we were okay with the wait. However, it took over 20 minutes to get through the line, and after paying, we waited several more minutes before receiving our food. This McDonald's has really gone downhill. If you place an order, be prepared to wait over 20 minutes to receive it. Often, you'll find yourself standing at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Ordering through the app is unreliable, and if it doesn't work, the staff inside claim they don’t understand how the app functions and can’t assist. There appears to be a lack of management oversight and no support from corporate to improve the situation. While there aren’t many dining options in Sheridan, there are definitely better choices than this.
Today, my grandmother had a question regarding a mistake from a couple of weeks ago when she received the wrong sandwich. They only provided her with one complimentary item to make up for it. Today, she requested a pie instead of a second card, but her request was denied. I found this response quite petty on the part of the management, considering that the pies likely cost McDonald's only a few cents. To make matters worse, as she attempted to explain her situation, both the manager and the employee kept interrupting her.
I really love this McDonald's. I don't go out every day, but when I do, I always choose McDonald's. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and helpful. For example, I visited today and used both the drive-thru and the dining area. I can't resist getting a large Coke—it's essential for me, especially with ice. I also had a small hamburger without pickles, which was just perfect. The interior is consistently very clean too. Overall, it's fantastic!

This is the only McDonald's I've been to where the food genuinely matches the pictures in the ads. The staff are mostly very friendly! The fries were fresh and hot, just like the burger. Keep up the excellent work!
I love this place! They really know how to handle their drive-thru efficiently. My brother prefers them over McDonald's because they just know what they're doing. Everything is always good there!
My impression of this McDonald's is pretty good way better than any McDonald's Casper has. The food was usually better although the drive thru people were not very friendly.
