The sign on the door says the lobby opens at 5:30, but it was still closed at nearly 8 o'clock. This forced everyone to use the drive-through, which was quite slow. If the lobby is going to be closed, there should be a large, clear sign visible from the parking lot informing customers. I saw at least 10 people approach the lobby only to find it closed. This approach is very disrespectful to customers!
The employees seem unmotivated; the restaurant is supposed to open at 5 a.m., but the doors remained closed all morning. When I knocked, they just looked at me and ignored me. The staff have a poor attitude and the drive-thru takes an excessive amount of time, despite only one car being ahead of me. The place clearly needs new management.
Avoid visiting this McDonald's between 3-5pm if you're in a hurry, as my order took around 35 minutes to be prepared. When I went inside, one of the cashiers appeared very frustrated and was treating customers rudely. The menu options seemed available, but the service during this time was disappointing.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. At this location, the customer is always wrong, especially when asking to speak with a manager late at night while paying at the drive-thru. My order was incomplete, and I was accused of hiding food that had actually been handed to me. Book a table now
I had an amazing experience! My meal arrived warm and tasty, just like eating in the restaurant. I was also excited to receive free gifts—two t-shirts, fries socks from the MD collection, several needles, and a bandana. Huge thanks to UberEats and McDonald’s!
Unprofessional experience—my daughter's interview keeps getting rescheduled, wasting our time. The drive-through is very slow in the mornings, and employees are parking in curbside spots.
The restaurant has a pleasant and clean atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They served me quickly and delivered my order to my table without delay.
