Ordered from here last night on Uber Eats. This store gave the driver someone else's order and then the driver handed that to me. I didn't even realize it wasn't my order until I got upstairs. Uber tells me they won't refund me for getting someone else's order and that I'm to complain to this McDonalds to get the refund. After complaining about this, I'm told by McDonalds to contact Uber Eats or Doordash to resolve my issue when I told them Uber said to talk to them. Just stay away from ordering online with this store, specially after 5-6pm.
This McDonald's service has fallen harshly. Parking customers for two breakfast burritos when there was no line. The burrito are premade in the morning and microwave to order. This location also has a habit of parking the entire drive thru for small orders when not necessary. Slow service horrible customer service. Parking cars to clear orders only make the store numbers look good but lacking in efficiency and etiquette makes you lose customers.
Today June 18 I went and very bad attention I only went for a happy meal and it took 30 minutes there were more cars in line that's why I couldn't leave and the workers walked around the place so calm and people got desperate
I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but ended up with a ham and cheese sandwich, even though I don't eat pork. Shake my head. I also ordered a cheeseburger and received it without the burger. This place is a disaster.

the girl that took our order was a complete biotch that she would not make any ice, and we asked for the reception and she said "no take" and hit the window on us. forgot our fry too. overall very disappointing
had to wait after the journey for 10 minutes she threw my job and when she broke it out, it was still wrong and I had to go in to fix it, what the sacks are going on here?
There was an unnecessary wait as the employees seemed distracted while chatting with each other. However, they were nice and polite.
I went and it was open, but the doors were closed and I couldn't order a meal. they ignored me and didn't let me order
