The remaining restrooms are inaccessible to customers, blocked off by a large waste disposal unit. I noticed that only McDonald's employees were using the toilets, so I decided to check them out myself and found nothing wrong. I moved the waste disposal unit while the staff used the restroom, and I can confirm that everything was in perfect working order and quite clean. However, it seems the arrangement is designed to prevent customers from using the facilities. It’s disappointing that customers spend money here yet are treated this way. I won’t be returning to this place again! As for child-friendliness, it seems to only apply to employees; parents and their children are not allowed to use...

What a pathetic drive thru experience tonight. After they take your money and have you pay you are told to “pull up to the stop sign” that sits before the parkway. After waiting a few mins for the food, they wave you ahead to keep moving forward! Am I supposed get on the parkway without my food?! Instead of that, I pulled up on the sidewalk to then have the rude employee finally bringing me my food and say “your not allowed to wait here”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Where exactly do you want me to go? Not fast food, slow food with a side of attitude. What a horrible experience.
The food was fresh, and the service was good. However, it was quite annoying that they made us wait for our food to be handed over. I understand they want to monitor the timer and keep the drive-thru moving, but it just slows everything down. The person behind me was unable to access the payment window because the car in front was too far back for me to move forward, which was frustrating. It's just unnecessary. Drive-thrus should reconsider this approach—when items are taken out of the bag, the staff often end up walking back and forth, which wastes even more time.
There so disorganized. Don't bother going through the drive through, you order, pull up to the window then they tell you to go more forward. Someone comes out with your food (dirty hands touching doors and garbage now serving you food). They tell you to drive away, but didn't even bring u all the food! Dirty and incompetent. I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I ordered a drink and waited for 20 minutes, but they completely overlooked my order. When I inquired about it, no one provided any feedback. Since it was a mobile order, they couldn't cancel it for me either. It seems they aren't prepared for long wait times during busy hours.
Sundae cone was made perfectly with the right height and amount. Crew are courteous, efficient and precise. Place is clean enough. An indoor playground, so children are a bit loud with occasional screaming. Overall frequent in and out, enough seats and place is cool enough for summer chill.
Horrible customer service. They need to do better with dealing with the traffic that comes through this location. Employees are always screaming and speaking negatively to eachother which causes chaos because of communication amongst themselves.Service: 1/5
