Update (09/12/20): I had a coupon for a free McCafe beverage, but when I asked an employee about it, she claimed frappes weren't classified as McCafe drinks. After checking the McDonald's website on my phone, we discovered she was incorrect. It's frustrating that I had to educate your staff on the menu items. Are you providing any training for your employees, or just hiring anyone and giving them uniforms? The service at this McDonald's is quite disappointing.
Update (11/01/22): I visited with some friends, and we all placed mobile orders. However, a rude employee at the drive-thru told me they only allow two mobile orders per vehicle. This location seems to be struggling with basic custome...
The mobile ordering and payment system makes it incredibly easy to customize orders without any hassle! It also helps reduce wait times during peak hours. Just last night, when I arrived, the drive-thru line was quite long, so I parked and placed my order through the app. You can get your food delivered to you, so there's no need to wait in the car line. I really appreciate the drive-thru option—it's fantastic!
I’ve enjoyed living near my McDonald's for the past 35 years, especially when it had that amazing playground. It's a shame they took it down. The food is always hot and fresh, and the milkshakes are fantastic!
When they are open, however, the staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is well designed. My food is consistently hot and fresh, and I love how perfectly they make my sandwiches, especially the Big Macs.
