I can't believe what happened at this McDonald's. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and walked 15 minutes to get there around 12:45 a.m. because I was really hungry. When I arrived, the manager and another employee told me they couldn't take my order. I asked where I could order from the drive-thru, and they said no to that as well. I pleaded with them, explaining that I was very hungry and pregnant, but the manager just told me to go away. I was so upset that I couldn't help but cry. It’s hard to understand how a place like this can operate this way. I really wonder who is overseeing these McDonald's locations.
This store is almost always busy and unfortunately I feel the service suffers because of this, there has been quite a few times my order was messed up because food was made incorrectly, is missing, or takes forever to order and in return receive. They will often fix the mistakes but I rather to just get everything right the 1st time. The staff is usually kind and helpful they just seem overwhelmed.
I only gave three stars because McDonald's is just okay anymore it's nothing special my husband bought the adult Happy meal nothing special at all it was really just overpriced basically you can get a meal cheaper than that and that toy is stupid basically you just paying for the toy and the big box. Some of the employees are cunts??
The order was prepared quickly and accurately, and it was as delicious as you could hope for from McDonald's. The staff were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone in or near South Scranton who is looking for affordable fast food.

Who doesn't love McDonald's? Unfortunately, I have to say that their prices have become way too high for us. Visiting the golden arches feels like a special occasion now, but we simply can't afford it anymore.
Fries are always cold and they just throw them in the bad. Burgers are never right . And workers are rude if u say your food is messed up. God forbid!!! Keyser ave is so much betterFood: 1/5
Terrible mistake by this staff from the hours of 11pm-12am. I placed an order on Uber eats they for a few meals and a 20 p. They sent me a 1 meal and it was filet of fish thanks A lot

They really need to improve things at this McDonald's. It's not very good. Management should start by addressing the issues. I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
