So they are suppose to close at 12:00 midnight. I pulled up at 11:55 and no one answered me at the intercom so I pulled up. One employee was playing on her phone and wouldn’t respond when I honked. I had to knock on the window then she and another employee came and told me there is no more food! When I worked at McDonald’s as a kid we were open until midnight and not a minute later. My son got out of his hand surgery and wanted McDonald and we couldn’t get it because lazy employees. I called corporate and they told me they would have the owner call and if coarse no phone call. That tells you how the business is ran. Go to cook out instead and save yourself the headache. Worst experience ever...
I suppose we should just anticipate subpar service at these budget restaurants now, right? (That was said with a touch of sarcasm.) If that's the expectation, then could you at least improve the food instead of just keeping it cheap? It was unbelievable that a staff member confronted me about light mayo versus regular mayo. I mean, seriously? Not only did she argue about something as trivial as mayonnaise, but she also felt the need to raise her voice and explain that there’s no dietary difference between the two. Alright then. Bye!
The dining area was in disarray, with dirty tables all around. After all that waiting, one would expect the food to be fresh, but unfortunately, the hamburgers and chicken nuggets were at room temperature. With a manager who seems to care so little about his customers, it’s no surprise that the staff reflects that attitude. Overall, it was a terrible experience, made even worse by an indifferent middle-aged manager, not some inexperienced young worker.
On a positive note for families, they do have a jungle gym for the kids.
This is one of the better McDonald's locations in Charleston. Even though it was a Tuesday night, the service was quick and the food was fresh. It could be due to its location in the upscale Mt. Pleasant area, but whatever the reason, it was a pleasant experience.

We requested extra mac sauce on our Big Macs, and they completely overdid it—there was way too much sauce, which was unnecessary. The service was lacking as well; the staff taking our orders were rude. I definitely won’t be returning!
I went for lunch the other day and found a line wrapping around the building. Surprisingly, I was in and out in about five minutes. The staff were friendly, and the food was piping hot. What more could you ask for?
I waited on line for 20 mins waiting to order because the kiosk was broken. I witnessed a worker upset and getting sarcastic with customers saying that’s Mc Donald for you…
Asked for no onions, not only did I get onions but also this dry piece of cardboard meant to pass for a sandwich with 1 pickle ?
