4 of us sat inside (with an app order mind you for 38 mins for our food in which only consisted of 2 chicken nugget happy meals 2 value meals, of course we got our own drinks, this is with only 2 other people in front of us in which 1 guy ordered coffee to go, how ridiculous, I think they must've ran out of fake beef (momentarily anyway their milkshake machine was down (to top it all off I couldn't even get a strawberry milkshake, n this has been the case the whopping 2 other times over the past year that I've let someone talk me into going for yet another disappoint outing to McDonald's (Danville, KY. During our travels, we decided to stop for lunch, but we were disappointed with the service. Not a single employee acknowledged us while we were waiting at the counter. Another customer, who had experienced the same lack of attention, asked if anyone had spoken to us, and we replied no. It was clear they saw us, as they looked our way multiple times without ever uttering a word, not even a simple "We'll be right with you" or "Just a moment." Frustrated, we decided to leave and will not be returning.
I mean for a mcdonalds this one is one of my favorites atleast they get the order right and there usually polite here but at the end of the day it's mcdonalds food maybe it good when you only paid a dollar for it. But if im gonna pay this much for a burger I wanna enjoy it.
Food was good and hot but it took like 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru and there weren't but 4 or 5 cars ahead of me.
