Ive been meaning to make this review for awhile, today yet again I have to go back through the line for something I paid for. I have literally never gotten everything I've ordered from this establishment. This is the closest McDonald's to me so I come herepretty often unless I wanna drive way too much for a smushed burger. Always have an attitude and for some reason just completelyunable to fulfill a order. Not to mention they somehow managed to blacken my chicken and still let it come out cold and soft.Even for a McDonald's this place is bad.
How you can't speak English and yet, have the nerve to get mad because you messed up my order. I asked for a hot mcCafe item, the young male cashier asked my order 3 times to verify, and then told the older male worker that my order was a hot mcCafe. theolder worker messed up my order, when I asked about it, he admitted that he heard the younger guy say the correct order, but hemade it the way he wanted it. I don't argue with those who can't speak correctly so I just took what was made and went ontoclass.
This location I would describe as bootlegged . I read on the receipt that it is privately owned or something like that, yet they give you the information to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every time I complete one and try to redeem it for afree item, I am told that they can 't find my code number for completing it on MCDONALD 'S website. Seems to be a counterfeit location. Location is the only reason I visit near work and Credit Union.
I had a mobile order for a cheeseburger, medium fries, a medium drink and a crispy chicken sandwich. My husband?s cheeseburger and fries were good but my chicken sandwich was dry, burnt and blackened. The buns were also burnt!
