McDonalds is a great overall restaurant for people who want to save money and an endless amount of good quality food for the price they want to pay. Although, the service and the quality of the restaurant could be better, I would rather just throw through the ride anyway for a restaurant like McDonalds. As someone who has lived in this area for years, I can tell you this McDonald?s is usually an ok location. However, the recent night shift hires have taken customer service to a new low. Charging the wrong amount on cards, no greeting (which would befine, but I don?t get why they look so mad all the time), and long wait times even when there is only a couple people in line.The food tastes just fine, it?s the service that has pushed me to not eat there for the meantime, at least until they figurecustomer service out.
The slowest staff in the history of McDonald's. A drive thru customer was waiting 20 min. After they told her to pull over. She came in very upset. Mine took forever. They were all lazy employees except the cleaning man. He was wonderful!
ALWAYS friendly! Foods are cooked to order (on request), and the employees do it without setting. Your rating is often 100 or close! I give several McDonalds to come to this because they never disappointed!
