I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while all the employees just stood around looking at us. Finally, the manager told us that there was no one available to operate the cash register and that we had to use the kiosk instead. When I turned to the kiosk, I found that one of the screens was broken! I can’t wait for AI and machines to take over their jobs since they seem too lazy to do them! It will be amusing to see them protest or give interviews on TV about how unfair it is. Overall, the service was terrible. Rating: 1 star.
I confronted her, saying, "Excuse me, I asked you nicely why you snatched the cup." Her response was dismissive, and she simply waved her hand at me, saying "boy, whatever." To make matters worse, two other employees laughed at the situation as if it were a joke. It's frustrating, especially considering how much money I spend there—last year alone, I spent over $6,000 at this location and a few others.
It's disappointing that one bad employee, especially a manager, can show such disregard and disrespect for customers.
The drive-thru had only a minimal wait on March 15 around 6:30 PM. I would have given this a full five-star rating, but the woman handling the payments lacked any personality. She didn’t greet me or say a single word. She took my card, handed it back, and her expression made it seem like my presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else.

Super friendly staff! But...the Coffee machine was not working after we placed a mobile order ? This is a problem at most McDonald's Restaurants. Extremely frustrating!
This McDonald's has done a complete overhaul of not only their decor but their employees are amazing and greet you with a small and actually communicate with you!
