My son was craving their fries for weeks and we had a busy day, so I decided to surprise him with a rare post payday lunch outing here. When our food came, the young lady delivering it noticed I had not gotten my drinkand brought it, I also asked for ketchup and napkins. I used the mobile app because I had points on it. Went to the window nobody said a word through the intercom. So I drove up gave her my code for a big Mac. She said I can't help you so I drove up to next window. He finally helped me. But after all the carsin drive threw were cleared out . Nobody helped me still. So I drove off . I didn't get my order and I'm angry because this isnot customer service. If they can't help take a code and help the customer . What's this app for So you will keep my $6000points for a big Mac I never received I honestly won't order from your facility because of this .
All fast food restaurants need to improve the speed of their drive-thrus. I noticed slow service back in 2019 as well, but it's time to step up, especially with the challenges from the pandemic. McDonald's isn’t the worst, but that’s hardly a compliment.
There was a really long line at 2 PM. The mobile app instructed me to go to curbside pickup because my order was large, which I hadn't encountered before. On the bright side, they got everything right, despite my order having several special requests.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The food was ice cold and one of the chicken nuggets was undercooked. The frozen Coke didn’t even have a proper freeze to it, and it made me feel nauseous. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
This restaurant consistently lives up to my expectations. The food, service, and cleanliness are always reliable. I love exploring new dishes on the menu. Plus, the gift shop is fantastic—there's truly something for everyone!
I give McDonald's five stars simply because they've stood the test of time and serve some of the best fish sandwiches out there. They must be doing something right—have you ever seen a McDonald's close down?
I went there for a quick dinner. Despite the increasing number of cars crowding the parking lot, the food was served relatively quickly. Everything was just right, served hot, and appeared to be fresh.

They're having quite a few issues at the entrance. However, the staff is friendly and eager to help resolve any problems. You can also make your own coffee.
The coffee doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Perhaps baked tater tots would be a better choice for breakfast.
