I think McDonald's does a fine job of being McDonald's. You know what you're going to get, you know the place is clean, and in general you don't have to worry about catching someone on a bad day. And by you know what you're going to get. I mean that if you order a hamburger you're going to get a hamburger.Parking: They also have parking spots for people who are ordering via the app.
The drive thru employees we all on there cells phones from paying at rhe window to getting the food. I did not care for thatYou are working do your job. It took over 5 mins to get my food.
I'm not sure what the company is doing to overlook these flaws. They really need to be more careful and take more time in selecting their staff.
