Drive through closed and red yellow var parked in the area where you order without a driver.So no drive through service.Ordered through the app and parked in the curbside pickup. Slow there also.At least 15 minutes and the app says still up to 5 minutes left.Lobby doors also locked.Ultimately we had to get a refund through the paa.
Service has gone downhill and is below average. Condiments and napkins are not in the bag and the people bagging the food aren’t paying attention to the specific details of the order. The fries are not golden crisp and hot. More attention to detail is needed.
