It's disheartening to experience four to five staff members walking by you while you wait at the front counter, and not a single one acknowledges your presence or offers a greeting. They all seem uninterested in being there, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The glaring and lack of friendliness make customers feel undervalued, and the fact that these employees leave you standing there without assistance reinforces the impression that patrons are not a priority here.

This McDonalds is the worst McDonalds EVER!!! I do DoorDash with my boyfriend sometimes to get extra money and this was one of our many pickup locations. We understand this location closes at 1am per google however when we arrived at around 11:58pm we noticed that a truck had been sitting there and after we sat for 10 minutes we decided to go to the window. Two young women made EYE CONTACT with us and never came to the window to see what we needed. I asked for no ice on my mobile order, again. I told the cashier that I asked for no ice. She told me I need to put that on the order. I told her that I did. She said she doesn't see it and wouldn't change my drink. My receipt shows what I ordered. They are so rude.
There is never any drinks You want here. They'll tell You they don't have a drink, You ask for others, they still don't have them. Having to cancel My order and drive to another location. Whatever yall got going on I hope You get it fixed soon.
