I went on a picnic with my grandson, and he wanted to eat at McDonald's. He ordered the McRib while I opted for the fish sandwich combo. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We had a great time enjoying our lunch at the park. I can’t comment much on the atmosphere since we went through the drive-thru, but the area was pleasant, clean, and easy to navigate. I will definitely visit again.
I called after noticing that the driver had been waiting for quite a while. A staff member explained that their internet was down, which delayed the processing of our order. We ended up waiting an hour, and when the food finally arrived, it was stale and incorrect. Instead of the 40 spicy chicken nuggets we ordered, we received old, non-spicy nuggets.

The food is good, but the service takes forever. What’s even more frustrating is that while you’re standing in line, a group of high school kids from Arroyo often cuts in front of you to join their friends. It's really disrespectful.
The fries and two cheeseburgers were cold, as if they had been left out instead of staying warm or being freshly prepared when the delivery arrived. I'm very disappointed because this happens far too often.
I ordered table service, but instead of bringing my food, the server repeatedly called my name! The training appears to be lacking, especially since my table number was clearly marked on my receipt!
