This might be the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. If you can't handle the volume during the last 30 minutes of your weekday hours, consider closing earlier. I was stuck waiting 17 minutes between placing my order and receiving it, despite only three cars being ahead of me. Last Sunday, I had two disappointing experiences at McDonald's with two different orders. For lunch, my special burger arrived cold—perhaps the patty had been left out too long. We also ordered an apple pie, but it was completely dried out, likely from sitting under heat lamps for hours. To make things worse, the Sprite turned out to be plain seltzer water, and I found a 2-inch piece of plastic in my Diet Coke. I was once again disappointed by my experience at the McDonald's on Route 47 and Egg Harbor Road. They were out of the milkshakes and frozen drinks I wanted. The burgers I received were more like double cheeseburgers rather than quarter pounders, and they were missing pickles and onions. I've seen other negative reviews, too. It might be time for a change in management or for corporate to step in. I think this will be my last visit to this McDonald's.
I really dislike when they make you pull over for just 10 nuggets and fries after you've already waited 15 minutes in line. It seems like fast food just isn't fast anymore. With a family of four, I always end up spending at least $25, and the fries are hardly ever hot. I constantly find myself waiting. Honestly, you'd be better off going to Wendy's.

I celebrated my graduation at McDonald's last night and had an amazing time. The atmosphere really added to the joy of our gathering. The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, and my friends were all very happy. We will definitely return for more celebrations. Thank you!
Generally, the service here is outstanding and quick. However, I think they were having an off day because the fries I was looking forward to came out cold. This can happen from time to time. Nonetheless, they are usually very good, so I would rate them 4 out of 5.
