I visit this location often. Like always I get excellent customer service. Jose was very kind and patient in explaining to me that unfortunately my Mcd app coupon or Deal for BOGO $1 on the Happy Meals doesn 't work at night. He said it only works inthe daytime between 11am-1pm and I think the app should state that. He got me a refund and I ordered what I really wanted: BigMac, no pickles ???? Yum! Thank you, Jose! That guy deserves kudos AND a raise! ????
This McDonald's is always busy, but if you skip the drive-thru and dine inside, you'll discover a pleasant seating area. My meal arrived promptly and was served hot. The only small drawback was that the fries weren't as crispy as I would have liked, but the kids were completely happy with them! The menu offers a great variety to satisfy everyone.
There's consistently a long wait in line, and when you finally reach the counter, you're often told that some items are sold out. It would be helpful if they posted a sign in advance to inform customers before they wait. It seems they prioritize Uber Eats orders over in-person customers, which can be really frustrating.
Sometimes it's faster to go inside the restaurant. The drive-thru often has a long line of cars, and the employees at night are very slow. They frequently mix up orders and don’t pay enough attention when you’re ordering. Book a table now
The service was outstanding, and the food tasted amazing! I would love to see the adult Happy Meals make a comeback. Being an adult doesn’t mean we can’t indulge in a bit of childhood nostalgia once in a while!
I typically use the drive-thru in the morning, and among all the staff, Juan truly stands out as the best. He always delivers outstanding customer service and maintains a great attitude.
Every time I ask if their ice cream machine is working, they always say no and claim it’s turned off. It’s the middle of the day, yet they keep the machine off—doesn’t make much sense.
