After paying for my meal at McDonald's and waiting patiently, I noticed the employee was distracted by her personal phone instead of focusing on my order. After a long day at work without a chance to drink anything for six hours, being ignored was especially frustrating. I shouldn’t have had to wait while she took a personal call. When I finally got home and opened my sandwich, I was shocked to find it missing a hamburger patty! I ended up biting into mostly bread, as there was only one patty instead of two. This was unacceptable, particularly during a 2 p.m. visit on a Sunday. Overall, a very disappointing experience with the McDonald's menu.
Hey it's Mickey D's. BUT this one was clean. The employees were alive and engaging and LISTENED. I stated my order ONCE, it was repeated back to me perfectly and the order was hot and precise. Y'all better give the trainer at this store a raise. Or evenbetter, CORPORATE go steal that person and have them implement how they execute that training. This store was on point!
just left there, bad customer service, helped a customer before me when i was there first. said the frappe machine was being cleaned so they couldn?t do frappes or smoothies, i asked how long it takes them to clean it because we were willing to wait?mysons baseball team wanted frappes so you lost a lot of sales and dunkin got them instead. i hope corporate sees this ??
I went to McDonald's early in the morning after the bars closed and waited in a long line for about 25 minutes before getting inside. Despite the wait, the ordering process was quite efficient. The staff and other customers were friendly! However, they forgot to include sauce with my chicken nuggets.

I ordered a double quarter cheese burger, but I only got a single patty, and it was drenched in mayonnaise. The fries were a letdown too; they were more like a small portion instead of the medium size I paid for. I'm really disappointed that I wasted nearly $30 on this meal.
I ordered two meals, and while the burgers were okay, they gave us very few fries. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and soggy. I know it's McDonald's, but at least give a proper portion, even if the fries aren’t perfect!
I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal without the bun, and while it arrived bun-less as requested, it was also missing all the toppings. On the bright side, the Shamrock Shake was perfect!
This McDonald's consistently fulfills my order accurately and promptly. The food is always top-notch and upholds the high standards of McDonald's. I will definitely keep ordering from this location.

Apart from my larger fries being nearly empty, the experience was average. I prefer the other McDonald's on 27.
