I recently visited this McDonald's, and it will be my last trip to this location or any other in the chain. The food I received was consistently cold and stale. I hate to come off as a complainer, but my experience was genuinely disappointing. I even thought about returning for a refund, but the condescending tone of the person I spoke to on the phone made me reconsider—it just didn't seem worth the trouble. In the end, I ended up wasting nearly $20. I would strongly advise steering clear of this restaurant.
If I could, I would give McDonald's zero stars. As both an employee and a customer, my experience at this McDonald's location has been awful. I ordered 12 burgers and a Happy Meal from the menu but only received 11 burgers. The burger orders were also wrong: six were missing onions and mustard, two had only ketchup and pickles, and the rest were just plain. On top of that, they forgot to include the apple juice for the Happy Meal, so I had to go back inside to get it.
I’ve always had positive experiences at this McDonald's. The staff here work efficiently during both lunch and dinner hours. The managers are hands-on, which establishes a high standard that is consistently impressive. I prefer using the mobile ordering feature because it’s very convenient. Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication of the team at this 4th Street location. Thank you to all the staff!
Mcdonald's is not open 24 hours. I get off work at 3 a.m., and this is the only McDonald's near me. They always claim they have to reboot their system but still accept Uber delivery orders. It feels like someone isn’t doing their job properly. I hope the store manager sees this. This happened on 11/7 at 3:10 a.m. I just wanted to order from their menu but was unable to because of this.

The food is generally fresh, but I have an issue with the curbside orders. I waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming outside to check on me or inform me that I should go through the drive-thru. This is the second time this has happened, and my food ended up cold. If you're unable to provide proper curbside service, then it's better not to offer it at all.

I tend to visit during off-peak hours, so it's not too crowded. My orders have always been accurate, and the staff is friendly. It's pretty much like any other fast food restaurant. The employees do their jobs well, and the food meets my expectations. I still have a dislike for paper straws, but that's not really their fault.
We have always had positive experiences at this location. We went inside and used the kiosk to place our order. We arrived at 10:40 am for lunch, and our food was served promptly and accurately. The man who was cleaning the tables and the woman who handed us our order were both very friendly and cheerful.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the staff who went out of their way to cheer up my little one while we were in the drive-thru. When my child was upset and crying, one of the employees kindly gave her a toy, which really made me smile. Thank you so much for your kindness!
